NestJS API not returning Headers in responses

I’m currently developing a NestJS API with Koa. I have been successfully using NestJS to return a Successful response from an API using a simple:
return res.status(200).json({message: ‘all good’});

Which returns the following:
Headers:
{ _bodyHasBeenSaved: true,
_hasBeenValidated: false,
_isSaving: false,
_isValidating: true,
_isValid: true }
message: ‘all good’

body:
{“message”:”all good”,”_bodyHasBeenSaved”:true}

However when I try to return a Failed response it will only return the body and not the Headers.
res.status(400).json({
message: ‘there was an error’,
errors: error.getErrors()
});

res.body = {
message: ‘there was an error’,
errors: error.getErrors()
}

How can I get the Headers to be returned in a Failed response from NestJS?
Edit
I am using the following requestMiddleware:
const bodyParser = require(‘body-parser’);
const {res, res.status, app, createServer} = require(‘koa’);

const isValidator = (req, res, next) => {
if (!req 384a16bd22

Keymacro is an awesome software that’s developed to be a keylogger program. With this, the user can take a note of what’s the user is typing in the computer. With that, in this article, I will be teaching you how to get the details of your personal computer.

Navigate to C:\\ProgramData\\Your Name

The first folder you will see will be your profile.

From here, there will be several files which are system files that’s used by the computer. The file named Log.txt is a log of what has been typed. You will not see anything in that file, however, it has been there since the day when you got the laptop.

The files named Utils.dll, WindowsUpdate.dll and WindowsHelper.dll are used for the support and upkeep of the computer.

The file named UserData.dll is a duplicate of the one named the same. This is a good practice of the data in case you want to use a similar laptop for both the personal and the corporate use.

The files named Winlogon.dll and Shell32.dll are used for the login, graphical interface and the security of the computer.

The file named System.dll is used for the system and the core operation of the computer.

The file named Lsa.dll is used to add, remove or change the permissions of the user’s own file or folder.

In the folder named LocalApp. The files will be the apps that have been installed on the computer. In the folders of the apps, you will see the details of the apps with the permissions.
